This policy covers this website. It is deliberately specific: rather than describing practices in the abstract, it says what this particular site does.

What This Site Collects

This site has no accounts, no login and no database of its own. The contact form sends your message to us by email; nothing you type is stored on this website.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we run no advertising or re-targeting pixels.

Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and move through the site — which pages get read, which do not, and roughly where visitors come from. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address, the pages you view, and general device and browser details.

We use this in aggregate, to improve the site. We do not use it to identify you personally, we have not enabled Google Analytics advertising features, and we do not combine it with anything you send us directly.

You can opt out at any time. Google publishes a browser add-on that blocks Analytics on every site at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and most browsers can block cookies or send a Global Privacy Control signal from their privacy settings.

Where Information Does Get Collected: The Services We Link To

Several buttons on this site hand you off to third-party services. Once you are on one of those, that company’s privacy policy governs what you provide — not this one.

• RealScout — Powers home search and listing displays. If you create a saved search or an account, RealScout collects and holds that information.
• Google Fonts — Typefaces load from Google’s font servers, which receive your IP address and browser details as a normal part of serving the files.
• Firebase Hosting — Google serves this site. Standard server access logs, including IP addresses, are generated as part of delivering the page.

If You Contact Us Directly

When you call, text, or email us, we keep what you send so we can help you — your contact details and whatever you tell us about your situation. We use it to respond and to provide real estate services. We do not sell it.

Real estate transactions generate records that we and our brokerage are required to retain, and closing a transaction necessarily involves sharing information with the other side, escrow, title, and lenders.

Your Rights in California

California residents have the right to know what personal information a business has collected about them, to request deletion of it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

Children
