Built-In Display Controls

Every page carries an accessibility button in the lower-left corner. It opens controls that adjust how the site displays, and your choices are remembered on your next visit:

• Larger text — Increases text size across the whole site.
• High contrast — Strengthens text against its background.
• Reduce motion — Turns off animations and scroll reveals.
• Underline links — Underlines every link so they are identifiable without relying on colour.

If your operating system is already set to reduce motion, this site honours that automatically — you do not need to set it here as well.

How It Is Built

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means semantic headings in order, text alternatives for meaningful images, visible keyboard focus, menus and dialogs that work by keyboard alone, colour contrast checked against the brand palette, and a skip-to-content link at the top of every page.

We have not yet commissioned a formal third-party audit, so we describe this as our standard and our ongoing work rather than claiming full conformance.

Home search and property listings are provided by RealScout, and some forms are hosted by other providers. We do not control how those services are built. If you hit a barrier on one of them, tell us and we will help you get the same information another way — including simply reading it to you over the phone.
